Alex is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of all ThirdSpace support services. This covers service desk, internal IT support, project services, customer product, technology and solution support, and the delivery of managed service contracts.
Despite being a self-confessed ITIL geek and process lover at times, Alex believes that measuring client experience levels is more important than measuring SLAs.
Prior to starting her current role, Alex spent 13 years working at Virgin Media, where she worked in every support and team management role you can think of. She eventually ended up at ThirdSpace as the first employee of the Welsh office.
