How can you contribute to our success?

As our Sales Administrator you will take full responsibility of supporting, challenging and improving our sales process to ensure it is fit for best practice.

Reporting to the Sales Director you will take ownership of producing and organising work orders, setting up templates for proposals and any other sales documentation, liaising with customers and internal staff for support contracts and supplier forms.

You will also manage our CRM (Kimble) administration activities including; milestone management, opportunity and resources management as well as organising bookings and reporting to the senior sales team.

This role would be suitable for someone who is naturally organised, proactive, has excellent attention to detail and has the ability to manage different tasks at any one time, ensuring they prioritise work effectively and can speak to stakeholders, customers and suppliers at different levels.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience within a similar role, ideally within an IT services environment
  • Ability to work under pressure managing multiple tasks at any one time
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate

  • Excellent written skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • Naturally proactive, organised, flexible and highly motivated
  • Incredibly professional and an excellent representative for our business
