As our Senior Application Support Analyst, you will take ownership of operational support of multiple large-scale customer Microsoft-based solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM). Don’t worry if you haven’t heard of this before – we will supply all the training you need.
This solution connects various systems together and flows identity data between them. You will be responsible for the detective work to understand how the system is configured and what has caused the issue.
The complexity comes from the fact that each solution is bespoke, so the rules will be different for each customer.
