How can you contribute to our success?

As our Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will take ownership of operational support of multiple large-scale customer Microsoft based solutions with a focus on Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) 2016 and its associated technologies.

You will need to be passionate about technology, working closely with key stakeholders, with a proven analytical and problem-solving mindset and above all poses our company values.

This role would be ideal for someone with…

  • A deep level of understanding around back end systems
  • The ability to read and make modifications to code (VB.Net and C#)
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft (Windows technologies

Think of this role as a technical 3rd/4th line level engineer where every day is different. You will get your teeth stuck into complex technologies and become a subject matter expert in your field working with high profile clients.

Who will you be working with?

Alex Coombs: Our Support Manager who has been with us from the start. With a background in support and service desk management for some major tech firms, she will be there to support and guide you during your development with us.

Gwyn Jenkins: Our Support Team Lead who has a background in IT through study and pure passion, with plenty of technical experience. He has a passion for finding solutions to problems and loves the fact he works in such a unique role.
