Our support team are central to everything we do and become SMEs in their field. You will be responsible for the operational support of multiple customer Microsoft-based solutions and applications with a key focus on cloud security and enterprise mobility.
You will take ownership of dealing with incoming requests working towards 100% fix rate without escalation, get your teeth into complex and detailed tasks and work with core projects in the business also supporting the internal IT teams.
It goes without saying you will be passionate about cloud and security technologies and must have some exposure to Azure and its components and Office 365 either in a commercial setting or self-taught.
Whether you are a graduate, school leaver, self-professed geek or seeking your next IT challenge you must have a natural curiosity for problem solving and love what you do.
Alex Coombs: our Support Manager who has been with us from the start. Alex has a background in support and service desk management for some major technology firms and she will be there to support and guide you during your development with us.
