This privacy notice is for customers of ThirdSpace. It describes how ThirdSpace collects and processes personal data in providing services to its customers.
ThirdSpace is a provider of business-to-business services, and has a legitimate interest in collecting, holding and processing information from its customers in providing those services. It does not transact with consumers and does not collect personal data about individuals in their private capacity. The personal data it does collect and process is to facilitate interaction between businesses for their mutual benefit and is not used to contact individuals or otherwise processed except insofar as it is relevant and necessary for that purpose.
ThirdSpace collects personal data about you in pursuit of its legitimate interests. For example, the Company processes your personal data in order to be able to contact you and communicate about the progress of the services it provides.
Note that where you fail to provide personal information, or restrict its use by us, we may be unable to satisfy the requirements set out above.
If, in the future, we intend to process your personal data other than for the purposes outlined above, we will provide you with information on that purpose and any other relevant information.

ThirdSpace works with its customers to implement, and to advise on the implementation of, technology. A customer may then use that technology to process the personal data of its employees. However, ThirdSpace only processes the personal data set out above. Where relevant, the customer acts as both data controller and data processor in respect of its employees’ personal data that may be subject to the technology that ThirdSpace helps to implement.
ThirdSpace will share the personal data set out above internally as it sees fit to service its customers most effectively and efficiently. It may also share that data with sub-contractors. These sub-contractors are bound by equivalent obligations as to confidentiality and privacy as the customer requires of ThirdSpace.
ThirdSpace does not transfer any personal data outside the EEA.
ThirdSpace does not carry out any automated decision-making in respect of the personal data it holds.
We will retain your personal information for as long as we consider there is value to you and to us of maintaining contact, unless you ask us to delete sooner.
Given the limited nature of the personal data held by ThirdSpace, and the business nature of the interaction that it facilitates, ThirdSpace would not normally expect to hold personal data of its customers that would pose a risk to any individual’s rights or freedoms.
